Who is eligible for a Payment Plan? STAR's flexible payment plans are available to anyone who has a high copay or deductible, no insurance, is experiencing a financial hardship and can't afford the cost of treatment, or those who simply may need a helping hand. We will estimate the cost of your care and break that up into an easy to manage payment plan.
Effective April 15, 2024 TDN services will require a $45.00 payment each day this service is performed. We ask that you pay for this service before you are treated. Read more here.
