Out-of-Network

At STAR we do accept most commercial insurance plans that are out of network. Click here to learn more about our out of network payment policies, effective July 1st, 2024.

If you don't have insurance, have high deductibles or are experiencing financial hardship, WE CAN HELP! (Please see the Special Arrangements section below). As a courtesy, we will submit the claims to your insurance company so you don’t have worry about filing any of the paperwork.

Special Arrangements

Who is eligible for a Payment Plan? STAR's flexible payment plans are available to anyone who has a high copay or deductible, no insurance, is experiencing a financial hardship and can't afford the cost of treatment, or those who simply may need a helping hand. We will estimate the cost of your care and break that up into an easy to manage payment plan.

Effective April 15, 2024 TDN services will require a $45.00 payment each day this service is performed. We ask that you pay for this service before you are treated. Read more here.
