We are in-network with the following insurances:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans, including Anthem and CareFirst

• Medicare

We are also certified out-of-network providers with TRICARE East.

Out-of-Network & Self-Pay

If your insurance provider is not listed above, feel free to reach out. As a courtesy, we're happy to help verify your coverage and benefits. 

If we are out-of-network with your plan, we collect a flat rate of $175 per session (dry needling included). After your visit, you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance. We’re happy to provide a superbill if needed. Just email us at info@starptdc.com.

Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans for patients who have higher out-of-pocket costs or those who prefer to spread payments over time. We’ll work with you to estimate the cost of care and set up a plan that is more manageable.
