We are adjusting our Self Pay and Out Of Network (OON) payment amounts.

New Self Pay Prices:

● Initial Evaluation and Re-evaluation Appointments: $195.00

● Follow Up Appointments: $165.00

New OON Prices Before Meeting Deductible or no OON Benefits:

● Initial Evaluation and Re-evaluation Appointments: $195.00

● Follow Up Appointments: $165.00

The amounts above are the full amounts you will be responsible for. No hidden costs! For patients with Out of Network benefits, after meeting your deductible, costs will be based on your patient responsibility such as the copay amount or coinsurance percentage.

All funds paid can be submitted to your insurance company to be applied towards your deductible and/or your out-of-pocket max. Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
